Individual coaching

The time when coaching was reserved for executives and senior managers is past. Now it is available to all employees as a professional or personal development tool.

Individual coaching enhances moral, motivation and productivity and reduces staff turnover as individuals feel valued and connected with the organisation.

It helps employees who have questions that disturb their daily functioning and that they don't know the answers to. One gets insights and as a result the employee can work towards changing conceptions and mindsets which are obstructing. Then they can practice new and more effective behaviour. In short; acquired insights are translated into concrete actions.

Individual coachsessions can be (among others) aimed at:
  • learning specific skills;
  • guiding employees in their personal development;
  • handling conflicts;
  • preventing or guiding (social) illnesses (such as being overworked);
  • improving personal performance;
  • reinforcing (personal) relations;
