Working Method

The empathic approach of Your Coach is clear and direct. We stand for clear analysis, open communication and showing result in the short term. We strive for a coach project that is based upon 3-10 sessions of up to an hour and a half. The location will be determined during the intake.

Commencement phase: introductory interview and formulation of the final result, coach agreement.
Mid phase: acquire insight of possible obstructing and motivating frames of mind, feelings and behaviour. Integration of new acquired insights to experiment with new strategies. Including initial evaluations.
End phase: both coach and client write a final evaluation including formulated goals for the future. Client celebrates the achieved results with the coach (and possibly the customer). After approval of the client and up on request, the customer receives a final report.

Instruments, methods and techniques
Dependening on the coach query and goal, several instruments can be used. Some examples of these instruments are:

  • Neuro-Linguïstic Programming (NLP);
  • Associative techniques such as metaphors, games, life line, focussing, conducted fantasy, opposites.
