Who is Your Coach Your Coach is a company that focuses on team coaching, individual coaching and competence coaching. With our coaching services we support the whole Human Resource cycle including selection, promotion, motivation, retention, personal development, performance improvement, absence management and turnover. Your Coach works internationally, for both businesses and non profit/government organisations. Mission Our mission is to assist companies to translate their company strategies to Human Resource policies. We do this by matching behaviour and competences to the job or organisation requirements. We put emphasis on commitment, results, effectiveness and the well-being of the employees. Vision Our vision is that human potential is maximised in a company culture where mutual expectations are clear. In this culture employees work in an appropriate and stimulating working environment and find a correlation ship between their own goals and the company's goals and strategies. This belief defines our approach.  Your CoachYour Coach was founded by Vivienne Feitsma. Vivienne's experience involves working for (inter)national organisations -as an account manager, recruitment & selection consultant, people manager and human resource manager- she made a decision in 1997 to turn her interest in 'people' into professional training and studied to become a Psychosocial Therapist and Certified Coach. She has wide experience in coaching employees and managers in the workplace. Vivienne's empathic approach is clear and direct. She represents clear analysis, open communication and shows results in the short term. To get a complete picture she listens 'between-the-lines' uses several methods and techniques, asks the correct questions and calls on all her experiences and intuition. She combines circumstances and experiences of the person concerned to ascertain a pattern. Then from this pattern she can create a positive flow and convert weaknesses to inner strengths. Vivienne is associated with the Dutch Order of Practial Coaches (Nederlandse Orde van Beroepscoaches) (NOBCO) and NFG. She undertakes to work according the ethical code of conduct of both line organisations and in case of disputes to act according to a public complaint regulation. |
